How gummi subscriptions work

Step 1
On the product page, choose the size and quantity of gummi poo bag boxes that suits you & the members of your fur-family:

  • Small – gummi box of 8 rolls of 15 bags = 120 bags
  • Medium – gummi box of 12 rolls of 15 bags = 180 bags
  • Large – gummi box of 25 rolls of 15 bags = 375 bags

Step 2
In the ‘subscribe & save’ section of the product page, select how frequently you'd like to have your gummi poo bag boxes automatically delivered to you:

  • every month
  • every 3 months
  • every 6 months

Step 3
The gummi team will process your first order to get you started and then we’ll automatically send out your subsequent subscription orders based on the box size, quantity and frequency that you’ve selected. We also will send you a reminder email before we process your subscription orders.

How do gummi subscriptions work?

Instead of buying a box of poo bags as a one-off purchase and having to reorder each time you run out, you can purchase your poo bags as a subscription – selecting the size and number of boxes that suits and having them delivered to you every 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. By subscribing, you’ll also receive 10% off your first delivery and all subsequent subscription orders. We’ll send you a reminder showing your upcoming order summary and expected ship date and you’ll automatically be billed to your authorised payment method, unless cancelled at least 2 days before the renewal date. Note that subscriptions can be changed, skipped or cancelled via your customer account dashboard which you can log into here

How do I subscribe/start a subscription?

On the poo bags product page, the first step is to pick your preferred box size and nominate the quantity you want. Then, choose how often you would like to receive the product; every 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. You can continue to browse the website for any other gummi goodies that you would like to add to your purchase. Complete your order by following the steps to checkout.

When will my subscription order be delivered?

Once you’ve set up automatic recurring payments at your chosen frequency (every 1 month, 3 months or 6 months), your order will be processed and sent out after each payment has been received. All subscription orders will be dispatched by our nominated courier selected on the day of order processing. We offer standard tracked shipping within Australia which typically arrives within 2-5 business days, depending upon the destination the parcel is being delivered to.

What payment methods are available when subscribing to a product?

All major credit and debit cards, and PayPal can be used to pay for gummi subscriptions. We are not able to accept AfterPay for subscriptions.

How do I manage my gummi subscription?

You can login to your customer account to view and manage your subscription by clicking on the ‘person’ icon next to the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner of the website. Additionally, we include a ‘Manage my Subscriptions’ link in all the emails we send you regarding your subscription which takes you to a login-free portal that you can use at any time.

How do I change the shipping address of my subscription?

You can change the shipping address of your subscription by logging into your customer account. You will see a list of your subscriptions in a table and above this table you will find your ‘Ships To’ address. To change your shipping address, simply click ‘Edit’. Type in the address you wish to change it to and click ‘Update Address’.

How do I change the delivery frequency?

You can change the frequency of a subscription by logging into your customer account. You’ll see the frequency and date of your next order just above each of your subscribed products. Simply click on ‘Edit’ here to change your delivery frequency. You can choose from 1 month, 3 months or 6 months.

Can I pause or skip a shipment of my subscription?

You won’t be able to pause your subscription, but you will be able to skip your next shipment. In your customer account next to the subscription you wish to change, click on ‘Edit’ under the ‘Actions’ column. You will be able to see and edit the following: quantity, delivery address, and product variant (if applicable). You will also be able to skip your next shipment, or cancel the subscription entirely.

Is there a cut off time if I need to make any changes or cancel my subscription?

Changes or cancellations to your subscription must be made through your customer account at least 2 days before your next payment schedule. Orders cannot be edited, cancelled or refunded once the order has been processed. We email you 5 days before your next subscription order to remind you.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel a subscription at any time by logging into your customer account. Simply click ‘Cancel’ beside the product you wish to stop under the ‘actions’ column. Or, select ‘Cancel Entire Subscription’ if you wish to cancel all products. Note that you will be prompted to give a reason as to why you are cancelling. Select an answer from the list in order to cancel the subscription. You will also be given the option to add any further comments at this point; alternatively you can simply click ‘Cancel Subscription’.

What if my payment is unsuccessful, or my credit card is declined?

If an order fails to capture payment, or the credit card is declined, we’ll send you an email to notify you and include a link to update your payment details in your customer account if required.

I have a discount code, can I use my code with my subscription order?

As gummi subscriptions already provide a 10% discount, we can't apply another discount code.
